...and I am so excited that you are here! First and foremost, I am a follower of Jesus. Everything that I do and love comes from Him and His grace. My desire to create and capture your special moments is because He calls me to love and to create.
I am a lover of love. As early as I can remember, I would dream of my wedding day and the man I would get to marry. My husband and I began dating in high school and dated for 5 years before getting married. Our photos together over the years are my most prized possessions. They take me back to the excitement of young love, the joy of finally being engaged, and the tender moments on our wedding day. I always found myself not gravitating towards our "perfectly posed" photos, but the ones that feel like us. So now I seek to give you and your love the same prized possession. Photos that feel like you.
Aside from capturing love, you can find me trying new coffee shops, cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, traveling with my husband, and playing card games with friends. I am SO excited to hear from you and capture your love story through beautiful imagery <3
My Approach to Photography
My goal is for your photos to feel like you. I am much less interested with capturing perfectly posed moments than I am with capturing the in-between details that fully encompass who you are as a couple. You aren't going to remember smiling for a photo, you are going to remember

I want your photos to take you right back to the way you felt.
FAQ
What Gear do you use
My primary set up is a Canon R6 Mii with my 28-70 f2 lens. My second body is a Canon R6 with a 50mm lens. I also have a Pentax K1000 for all my film photography along with 2 Godox flashes.
Do you offer film photography
Yes! I began offering film photography as an add on for weddings and sessions in 2025. I use a Pentax K1000 and typically prefer Portra 400 film. If you are interested in adding film to your session or wedding please let me know!
How are my photos Backed up?
During your session, your images are being copied to 2 different SD cards as my cameras all have dual card slots. After arriving home from you session or wedding, I back up all of your images to an external hard drive and then also upload them to my computer. Your images are also not deleted from my SD cards until after I deliver your final gallery. After delivery, your images are kept uploaded to their online gallery for 4 months (a regular session) or 1 year (weddings). Rest assured that your images are well taken care of.
Do you travel for weddings/ sessions?
Yes! I love to travel and would be honored to come to you to capture your love story. I have travel fees that apply for weddings and sessions that are 30+ miles from Raleigh. Reach out and I would be happy to give you more specifics.
